Content Ownership and Usage: All curated content on GeniusMentor, including all AI-generated assets, is owned by GeniusMentor. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for personal &/or educational purposes only. Any attempts towards Prohibited Activities that are considered illegal by Indian Law, or any attempts to reverse-engineer or replicate GeniusMentor’s AI systems & experience, or (re-)distributing or reselling platform content without authorization, will result in legal and criminal proceedings against you in the appropriate court of law, as well as your account(s) being blocked permanently without any refunds.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your login access if you breach these Terms. GeniusMentor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the terms and any subsequent changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
