At GeniusMentor, we strive to deliver a seamless AI-driven learning experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your subscription or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and process for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

  1. Subscription Plans:

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [support@geniusmentor.ai].

    • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

    • No prorated refunds will be issued for partial use of the subscription period.

  2. One-Time Purchases (Courses/Modules):

    • One-time purchases can be canceled within 7 days of purchase, provided that you have not accessed more than 20% of the content.

    • After 7 days, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

  1. Subscription Plans:

    • Refunds for subscription plans are allowed only in cases of billing errors or accidental charges.

    • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the charge.

    • No refunds for partial use of the subscription period.

  2. One-Time Purchases:

    • You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 20% of the content.

    • Refunds will not be issued after 7 days.

  3. Technical Issues:

    • If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the content or completing a course, please contact support within 7 days of the issue.

    • If the issue cannot be resolved within 72 hours, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion.

3. How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange

  To request a refund or cancellation:
  Email us at [support@geniusmentor.ai] with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Order ID or Transaction ID

  • Reason for the refund/cancellation request

  We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Promotional offers, trial periods, and discounted plans

  • Customized or AI-generated learning paths (once accessed)

  • Courses where more than 20% of the content has been accessed

6. Changes to This Policy

GeniusMentor reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
