One closed loop. Discovery, teaching and assessment run on a single model of you, so the next lesson is chosen from what you last got wrong, not from what is popular.

01 · The whiteboard teacher

It draws while it talks, like a teacher at the board.

  • Drawn, not shown. Hand-drawn shapes, equations and figures from the actual chapter appear on the board exactly as the voice reaches them.
  • One voice, four ways to speak it. US, UK and Indian English, plus Hinglish, the way a teacher actually speaks in an Indian classroom.
  • Starts instantly. Every lesson's audio is generated on our servers ahead of time. Nothing is synthesised while you wait.
  • Concrete first. Real objects and real numbers before any definition. It never says "open your textbook": the figure is on the board.
  • Your own problem, worked live. Type a physics or maths question and it is solved step by step on the same board.
LIVE LESSON · Newton's 2nd Law
02 · The doubt loop

Say what you didn't get.
It re-teaches that exact thing.

  • Type it or say it, mid-lesson. No leaving the board, no starting over.
  • Exactly two scenes. First it acknowledges and reframes your doubt. Then it shows the idea landing on the board. Short by design.
  • Your words, quoted back. The re-explanation uses the phrase you typed, not a textbook restatement of it.
  • Eight teaching styles. Analogy, story, first principles, worked example and more. The twin learns which one lands for you and leads with it next time.
  • Nothing is lost. Every doubt is saved and replayable from your Digital Twin.
Doubt, re-taught
why does mass matter?
You asked "why does mass matter". Same push on a cycle and a truck. Which one moves? Let me redraw it.
Watch the board: same F, bigger m, smaller a. F = m × a, so mass is what the push has to move.
ok got it, the truck barely moves

03 · Mastery, not marks

Nothing is "done" until you can actually do it.

  • Four questions per concept, written from the chapter and reviewed by a teacher before publish. Never invented on the fly.
  • Miss one? Misses are combined into one re-teach, then a fresh, scoped recheck. It loops until you are at 100%, never a linear pass or fail.
  • Sub-part precision. Every concept splits into parts (definition, applying it, units and checks). The re-teach targets the part that failed, not the whole chapter.
  • Wrong answers carry information. The option you picked tells the twin which misconception you hold, and the next explanation is chosen to break it.
  • Scored on the server. XP and mastery are computed from your real answers, so progress cannot be faked, and it means something.

04 · Watch it happen

Ninety seconds with a mentor who actually listens.

Scroll. The board draws itself.

1

The lesson draws itself, out loud.

Newton's second law, four minutes, on a whiteboard. Every mark appears as the voice reaches it.

2

You say what you didn't get.

Mid-lesson. In your own words. No forum, no "rewatch from 3:40".

3

It re-teaches that, your way.

The board wipes and redraws the idea from a different angle, quoting the words you used.

4

Then it checks you really got it.

One question, aimed at the exact part you missed. Miss it again and it re-teaches again. Until 100%.

5

And it remembers you next time.

Your words, what slipped, which explanation landed. Session ten feels like a teacher who knows you.

05 · The Digital Twin

A living record of how you learn.

Every session updates it, and every other part of the system reads from it. Here is what the twin tracks, panel by panel, and why it makes the next lesson better.

Knowledge map

Every topic: solid, shaky, or not started.

Net force2/2
Mass vs weight0/2
Frictionnot started

Chapter by chapter, concept by concept. A plain words mode writes the same map as sentences, so a parent reads "strong on net force, needs another go on mass vs weight" instead of a chart.

In your words

Your doubts, saved exactly as you asked them.

"why does mass matter?" re-taught, you got it ✓
"I don't get the net force bit" worth revisiting

Not translated into textbook language. Each question stays in your own words and keeps its status until the twin sees you answer it right.

Forgetting curve

It knows when you are about to forget.

Review now, recall is already slipping.

Each concept sits on a 14-day curve projected from your mastery. One quick revisit resets it, and the curve flattens out. That is when the mentor nudges you.

Sub-part breakdown

Mastery is not one number.

Definition1/1
Applying it0/1
Units & checks1/1

Every concept splits into sub-parts. When you miss a question, the re-teach targets the exact sub-part that failed, not the whole chapter again.

Misconceptions caught

Wrong answers carry information.

Confusing mass with weight
Treating force as motion

Inferred from which wrong option you picked, not just that you were wrong. Caught misconceptions feed which question and which explanation you get next.

Method affinity

It learns which explanation style lands.

Analogies land best for you
Unlocks after your first re-teach loop.

Eight teaching styles: analogy, story, first principles and more. After re-teaching you a few times, the twin knows which one works on you, and leads with it.

XP & consistency

Effort and accuracy, tracked separately.

382

55%
First-try correct

XP rewards showing up and working. Consistency is your first-try correctness across attempts, so progress on paper is progress in reality.

Momentum

Eight weeks at a glance.

bars = minutes · green = concepts mastered

Learning minutes per week, with a green mark for every concept mastered. Streaks you can see, and slumps the mentor gently calls out.

How you learn, not just what.

How often you ask, how long you think before answering, how you respond to a re-teach. It all shapes the pace and patience of your next session.

06 · Grounded content

Every lesson comes from the chapter, not from a model's imagination.

Courses are built from real chapter PDFs by a pipeline with quality gates at every stage, and a teacher reviews before anything goes live.

  1. 1Chapter PDFA teacher uploads the chapters they actually teach.
  2. 2Text & sectionsExtracted and kept as the grounding source for every lesson.
  3. 3FiguresRead by computer vision on our own machines. Publisher and stock images are quarantined at the door.
  4. 4Concept beatsThe chapter is split into ~4-minute lessons, each tied to its own section text.
  5. 5Lessons & questionsGenerated from the section, never from general knowledge. Arithmetic is checked. Questions are tagged by sub-part.
  6. 6Quality gatesSchema checks, visual lint, layout repair. A failed report blocks approval.
  7. 7Teacher reviewPreview lessons, question sets and figures, chapter by chapter.
  8. 8PublishAudio is pre-baked, caches are warmed. The chapter plays instantly for every student.
07 · Discovery that knows you

One search box. No forms.

  • Instant and semantic. Keyword search plus meaning-based search across 48 courses, 400+ chapters and 2,500 lessons, grouped by lesson, chapter and course.
  • Counsel, not just results. On a clear query it pins the best match with a reason. On a vague one ("my exam is coming") it asks the one question that narrows it down.
  • It knows where you left off. Recommendations come from your twin: "you left Electricity at 60%", not "popular this week".
  • Counsel adds, never removes. It can pin and explain, but it can never hide, reorder or replace what you searched for. That rule is enforced on the server.
  • Onboarding is one screen. Pick a lesson and you are in. Grade and board are asked later, in context.

08 · Coding mode

Real Python, run in your browser.

  • Same teacher, different pedagogy. Courses in Python, AI and data science switch to a coding voice: build it, run it, break it, fix it.
  • Code on the board. Code blocks are drawn with line-by-line highlighting as the voice explains each line.
  • Runs on your machine. A full Python runtime loads in the browser. Nothing you type is executed on our servers.
  • Code checks, not just quizzes. Questions ask you to write or fix code, with free ungraded runs before you submit.

09 · Built for trust

The rules the system does not break.

Privacy by law

DPDP consent, built in.

Date of birth at signup. Minors need a parent's consent, recorded with an audit trail, and are excluded from third-party analytics.

No ads, no data sales

You are the customer, not the product.

Revenue comes from learning minutes. Your doubts and your twin are never sold or shared with advertisers.

Hosted in India

Your data stays close.

The platform runs on servers in Mumbai. All lesson audio is generated on our servers, not by a browser voice.

Honest numbers

Nothing is padded.

Mastery and XP are computed from real answers. Certificates show a percentile only when there are enough learners to make it honest.

Fair billing

Cancel any time, keep what you paid for.

Minutes-metered plans through Razorpay. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period. Doubts are never metered.

For schools

A school's content stays the school's.

GeniusMentor Classroom keeps each school's chapters in their own space, exclusive to its students, unlocked by the teacher lesson by lesson.

10 · Under the hood

For the curious: what it runs on.

WhiteboardHand-drawn vector primitives with typeset equations on a fixed 1000×600 board. Elements are scheduled to the audio, scene by scene, so board and voice never drift.
VoiceNeural text-to-speech, US, UK and Indian English plus Hinglish. Generated server-side at publish time and cached, so lessons start instantly.
Language modelsFrontier models via Azure OpenAI with strict structured outputs. Every response is validated and repaired before a student sees it. Every call is logged with its cost.
SearchKeyword index plus a small embedding model for meaning-based matches. The counsel agent sits on top and can only add.
FiguresLocal computer vision and formula recognition on our own machines. Images are never sent to an outside vision model.
PythonA complete Python runtime compiled for the browser. Student code never touches our servers.
PlatformDjango and React, Postgres, background workers for content, audio and video. Hosted in Mumbai. Payments by Razorpay, email by Brevo.
